Ahead of the two-day European workshop “Skills and Resources: Better, Smarter, Together”, we will host an interactive pre-conference webinar. The purpose of this session is to collect questions, challenges, and key issues from tunnel owners across Europe.
Are you facing increasing workloads, limited staff availability, budget constraints, or challenges related to tunnel renovation and asset management for road or rail tunnels? This webinar offers an opportunity to share your concerns and priorities. The input gathered will directly shape the programme and discussions during the workshop.
- Have you, as an asset manager, developed a practical workbook for day-to-day tunnel operations? Come and present it and share your experience.
- Have you set up a training course for tunnel operators together with a university or university of applied sciences? Come and explain your approach and share what it has delivered.
- Have you established a test centre that enables tunnels to reopen faster after renovation? Come and present it and share your lessons learned.
- In short: do you have a practical example that could help others in tunnel management? Please let us know.
